What does digest mean?
The digest version collects all the posts made on the APN for the day and puts them into one email and delivers it to the subscriber.

Which is recommended? Digest or Individual Posts?
It depends. If you don't believe you will participate (many people just read the discussion) the digest would probably be better because there are less emails coming into your box. The downside is that you have to wait until the digest is put together to see what is being discussed.

On the other hand, individual posts come into your box when they are posted. Simply by hitting "reply" on your emailer you can add your input. This makes participating much easier. The downside is that you will get more emails in your box.

How many posts a day are made?
We average about 5-15 posts a day. Some days there are many less. Some days we have many more depending on the subject being discussed.
